Refund & Exchange Policy

At Motion, we ensure transparency and customer protection for all online payments processed via Paymob.


1. Online Payments


All payments are securely processed through an authorized payment gateway (Paymob).


Motion does not store any customer card details.


A confirmation of payment and reservation will be sent once the transaction is completed successfully.


2. Refund Policy


Customers may request a refund if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.


No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time.


Full refunds will be issued in cases of payment errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues related to the payment gateway.


Refunds will be processed using the original payment method via Paymob.


Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.


3. Exchange Policy


Reservations may be modified or exchanged (date or time changes) if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and subject to availability.


All exchanges require management approval.


4. Non-Refundable Cases


No-shows.


Promotional offers, discounts, or special deals.


Services that have been partially or fully used.


5. Chargeback & Disputes


Customers are encouraged to contact Motion directly before initiating any chargeback.


Motion reserves the right to provide booking confirmations and service proof in dispute cases.
